What this is

TossWheel is a free spinning wheel you use in your browser. Using the site means you accept these terms. There is no account to create, nothing to subscribe to and nothing to pay for, so there is no contract beyond this page.

What we provide

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw parts of it.

We do promise the two things the product is actually built on, because they are its point:

• A spin's winner is drawn before the wheel moves, using the browser's cryptographic randomness with rejection sampling so every entry gets the odds its weight says it has. The animation is aimed at a result already decided; it cannot change one. The code is on the fairness page.
• Nothing you type is uploaded or kept. Your lists stay in your browser. See the Privacy Policy for the one exception — a share link, whose contents are in the link.

What this is not

TossWheel is a randomiser, not a regulated service. It is not a lottery, sweepstake, gambling or prize-draw operator, and it is not audited or certified as a random number source for one.

If you use it to run something with money, prizes or legal consequences attached, that draw and its compliance are yours to run and yours to answer for. We provide no certification, no audit trail and no guarantee of a particular outcome, and we accept no liability for how a result is used.

Your content

You keep everything you type. We claim no licence over it, because it never reaches us: your entries live in your browser, and a shared wheel lives in the link you send.

You are responsible for what you put on a wheel, including anything you share in a link — for example not putting other people's personal information into one you send on.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law where you are;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
• use it to distribute malware or other harmful code;
• automate requests at a volume that degrades the service for other people.

Our content

The site's name, its wheel design and its wording are ours. The wheel you build with it is yours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including any decision made on the strength of a spin.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version replaces this page and the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the site means accepting the version published here.
